Step 1. Click "Calendar Meetings"

On the control panel, click the "Add Meeting" button and select "Calendar Meetings" from the drop-down menu.

Step 2. Select the Calendar to Authorize

In the newly opened "Schedule Meeting" window, select “Microsoft Outlook” you want to authorize.

Step 3. Microsoft Outlook Authorization

Clicking "Microsoft Outlook" will redirect you to the Microsoft Outlook email login page.

Note: Your MeetingNotes account can be different from the Outlook account you need to authorize. However, we strongly recommend using the same account.

Click the Accept button to complete the authorization.

Step 4. View your Outlook schedule

Finally, the page will automatically redirect back to the MeetingNotes. At this point, your meeting schedule for today will be displayed under Today's Meetings. Dates with scheduled meetings in the calendar will be marked with a blue dot. Click on the corresponding date to view the detailed schedule.
