Welcome to MeetingNotes(LITEMOB PTE. LTD.), provided by (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”; MeetingNotes and its related features are hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).

Please read and fully understand this User Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before registering, logging in, or using this Service. By using or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Content

●MeetingNotes provides AI-powered features such as meeting recording, speech recognition, automatic summarization, multilingual transcription, and meeting management to help users efficiently organize and manage meeting content.

●We reserve the right to optimize, update, or adjust the Service content as needed and will publish relevant notifications on our website or within the app.

2. Account Registration and Use

●You must provide true, accurate, and complete account information (such as email, username, etc.) when registering and keep it up to date.

●You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any loss caused by account leakage or unauthorized use shall be borne by you.

●Without our written consent, you may not transfer, rent, or otherwise make your account available to others.

●We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any abnormal, unlawful, or noncompliant activity is detected.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following while using the Service:

●Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

●Upload, transmit, or store illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or obscene content;

●Use the Service for spam, advertising, or fraudulent purposes;

●Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Service;

●Access other users’ data or servers without authorization;

●Generate false or misleading content using Meeting Notes.

If any of the above occurs, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access and pursue legal responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service (including but not limited to interface design, functionality, text, graphics, and source code) is owned by MeetingNotes or its licensors and protected by law.

●The copyright of meeting materials, notes, and related content uploaded by users remains with the user. However, you grant us the right to reasonably process and use such data for technical operation and service improvement during the service period.

●Without written consent, no one may reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Service for commercial purposes.

5. Payment and Subscription

5.1 Fees

●Certain features of the Service are offered on a paid basis. Applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

●Access to specific features may require an active subscription or purchase of a paid plan.

5.2 Billing and Automatic Renewal

●Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the start of the next billing cycle.

●The subscription period (e.g., monthly or annual) and applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout page.

●You authorize us to automatically charge you from your payment method in accordance with your selected subscription cycle.

●You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future charges only and does not result in retroactive refunds.

●We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

●If a subscription renewal fails, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features.

5.3 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy, all payments are non-refundable.

Refunds will generally not be provided under the following circumstances:

●The subscription has been materially used;

●The subscription has expired, regardless of unused credits;

●Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations where the Service functions as described;

●Did not cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period;

●Purchase of an incorrect product;

●Change of mind or did not to cancel auto-renewal before the billing date;

●Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs due to their probabilistic nature;

●Refusal to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting for technical issues;

●Fraudulent or unauthorized payments (please contact your card issuer).

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Privacy Protection

We strictly comply with our Privacy Policy to protect your personal data and privacy. Please refer to the [Privacy Policy] for detailed information.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

●We are not liable for interruptions caused by network failures, system issues, or force majeure events;

●MeetingNotes’ AI-generated meeting summaries or transcriptions are for reference only and do not guarantee full accuracy;

●We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the Service in the following circumstances:

●You violate this Agreement or applicable laws;

●It is necessary to do so for security or legal reasons.

●Upon termination, your account and related data may be deleted or become inaccessible.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time and will post the latest version on our website or within the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a claim to the court where the company is located.
